The short version: everything ships within two business days, all sales are final since every piece is one of one, defective items can be returned for a full refund within 7 days, and if the rare cross-listing race happens, you get your money back immediately.

Orders ship within 2 business days from Koreatown, Los Angeles, with tracking emailed as soon as the label is printed.
We don't ship internationally (yet).

The one-of-one guarantee

Every piece in Lo's closet is one of one— and most pieces are also listed on Poshmark and Depop. We pull listings the moment something sells, but on the rare chance a piece sells on a marketplace moments before you buy it here, we'll refund you in full, immediately— no store credit, no waiting, and we'll email you as soon as it's processed. Refunds land back on your card in 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Returns & final sale

All sales are final. Every piece is pre-loved and one of one, so we don't accept returns for sizing, fit, or a change of mind — each listing includes detailed photos, measurements, and honest condition notes so you know exactly what you're getting. Questions before you buy? Email hello@sellwithlo.com and Lo will get back to you fast.

The one exception is a defective item — if what arrives is damaged, flawed beyond what the listing described, or materially not as described, email hello@sellwithlo.com within 7 days of deliveryand we'll get you a return and a full refund.

Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address, where required.

Can I return an item I bought?
